Each person downloads their own image. In Google Meet, click ⋮ → Apply visual effects → Backgrounds → ＋ Upload and pick the file. Your own preview looks mirrored (text reads backwards) but everyone else sees it the right way round. Names and the show title come from the host panel's Setup tab. Change them there, then refresh this page.
